Returns Due to Errors
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with details and pictures. We will arrange a replacement item or full refund once we receive the returned product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was our fault. Refunds are provided once faulty goods are received by our warehouse.
Returns of Non-Defective Products
As an intimate goods retailer selling non-refundable adult products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds if you simply change your mind or ordered the incorrect item. However, first-time customers may return an unused, unopened product in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a one-time refund.
Hygiene and intimate toy returns raise safety concerns. For health reasons, any items that are opened, used or come into contact with bodily fluids are non-returnable under any circumstances.
Please inspect products carefully upon receipt to ensure suitability before use. If an item appears used, damaged or has been compromised, notify us immediately. We are happy to replace defective goods, but cannot offer refunds for used intimate products.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product and issued via the original payment method. Refund amounts do not include promotional discounts or shipping fees, except returns due to our error.
